How to Use Zoom for Meetings
Use Zoom to attend video meetings and share your screen with coworkers.
Steps

Download the Zoom app
from zoom.us/download. Install it on your computer or phone before your first meeting.

Join a meeting
by clicking the link from your email or calendar invite. Zoom will open and ask for your name before you enter.

Control your audio and video
using the icons at the bottom of the screen. Mute your microphone when you are not speaking to reduce background noise.

Use the chat panel
to send messages during the meeting. Click "Chat" to open the sidebar and message everyone or a specific person.

Leave the meeting
by clicking the red "Leave" button at the bottom right. The host may end the meeting for everyone when it is done.
