How to Post on Instagram
Upload a photo or video to your Instagram feed for your followers to see.
Steps

Tap the plus icon.
Tap the plus sign at the bottom center of the screen to start a new post.

Pick your media.
Choose a photo or video from your camera roll, or take a new one with the camera tab.

Edit your photo.
Use the filter and edit tools at the bottom to adjust brightness, contrast, and colors.

Write a caption.
Tap Next and type a description for your post. You can also tag people and add a location.

Share your post.
Tap the Share button at the top right to publish your post to your feed.
