How to Delete Your Instagram Account

Delete your Instagram account permanently so your profile, photos, and data are removed.

Steps

Go to instagram.com
on your computer or phone browser. You cannot delete your account from the app.

Sign in
with your username and password if you are not already logged in.

Click your profile picture
at the top right and select "Settings" from the menu.

and click "Personal Details." Then click "Account Ownership and Control" and "Deactivation or Deletion."
